ORDER
By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner makes certain allegations against a certain individual who held the office of the third respondent.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed a representation dated 04.08.2023 to formulate a better policy for holding elections to the medical council.

4.Mr.C.Kathiravan, the learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 2, and Mr.S.Nedunchezhiyan, the learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent.
5.The learned counsel for the third respondent made a statement that the concerned individual who occupied the office of the third respondent tendered his resignation on 06.08.2023. He will be relieved by 07.09.2023, upon completion of the one-month notice period to which he is entitled. 6.1 Mr.P.Shanmugasundaram, the learned Advocate General instructed by the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that revamping the rules regarding election to the medical council pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06.12.2022 made in W.P.No.28649 of 2022 and W.P.No.31454 of 2022 is under process.
6.2 He also made a statement that a committee has been consituted on 15.03.2023 by the Government, and necessary G.O. has also been issued. 3/6
7.This Court now records the statement of the learned Advocate General and also the learned counsel for the third respondent. 8.Inasmuch as all the grievances of the petitioner being addressed or achieved in a certain day, there is nothing this Court needs to do in this matter.
9.The Writ Petition stands closed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
