ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed by the Court below.
2.The petitioners was arrested and remanded to judicial custody and they had filed a petition seeking for bail. The Court below had granted bail to the petitioners by imposing certain conditions. Initially, the petitioners were directed to report before the respondent police daily. Later, it was modified to the effect that the petitioners should appear and sign before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Friday.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions from 26.07.2019.
5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the court below is hereby relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required during the course of investigation. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
