The petitioner has moved this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent to accept the Additional Security Deposit of Rs.21,70,469/- in ten equal monthly installments.

3.After hearing both sides, this Court directs the petitioner to pay the Additional Security Deposit of Rs.21,70,469/- in six (6) equal monthly installments to commence from September 2023. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
