This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 36 days in filing the revision as against the order dated 26.02.2025 passed in STC.SR.No.466 of 2025, on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fact Track Court -I, Egmore @ Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 36 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
