This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2016 after affording an opportunity to the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner came to know that the third respondent has submitted an application to the first and second respondents seeking No-objection to start a new Petrol/Diesel outlet at Krishnagiri to Pochampalli Village Main Road, Kattagaram Panchayat, Santhur P.O., Krishnagiri District. The petitioner has submitted his representation to the first and second respondents objecting for grant of Non-objection certificate to the third respondent stating that the proposed site violates the norms and near the site there are so many houses and shops within the prohibited distance and there is a school and a transformer, which will have serious consequences on the health and safety of public in the locality as well as to the passing through vehicles. But the representation of the petitioner has not been considered and enquired and hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.
4. The petitioner has submitted his representation to the first and second respondents only on 26.08.2016. The petitioner, without giving time to the first and second respondents to dispose of his representation, has filed this Writ Petition on 08.09.2016. Hence, this Court finds that the petition filed by the petitioner is pre-mature in nature and this Writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
