2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that there was some miscommunication with regard to the manner in which the charge sheet taken on file. He submitted that the charge sheet though filed earlier, it was kept pending without being taken on file. He further submitted that in this case, originally, FIR was filed including, offence under TNPPDL Act. The accused in this case obtained anticipatory bail in the year 2019 before the learned Principal District Judge, Dharmapuri, but they failed to execute sureties, for this reason, charge sheet returned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri. Now, TNPPDL Act dropped from the charge sheet, the accused surrendered before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri and obtained bail on 08.09.2023. Hence, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that corrected final report will be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate within a period of two weeks.

3. The aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is placed on record and the same shall form part of the order, dated 28.06.2023.
