This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is some clarification in Paragraph No.9 of the order dated 25.03.2024 in W.P.No.24373 of 2023. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is clarified and Paragraph No.9 of the order dated 25.03.2024 in W.P.No.24373 of 2023 shall read as follows:- "9. In view of the above discussion, the third respondent is directed to disburse the balance amount of gratuity of Rs.6,68,000/- and the balance amount of earned leave wages of Rs.3,20,000/- in accordance with law, in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.49 of 2007 etc., batch of writ petitions, challenging the Government order in G.O.Ms.No.402, Higher Education (H2) Department, dated 13.12.2006 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
