This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17560 of 2022 dated 28.07.2022 as that the petitioners are ordered to be enlarged on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties, for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode, with further conditions, instead of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Bhavani.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that "the petitioners are ordered to be enlarged on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode, with further conditions". The other conditions shall remain intact. However, the time to execute the sureties is extended till 19.10.2022.
