This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to provide police protection to the petitioner's company to complete installation and commissioning of the telecommunication tower at the landed property in Plot No.19, Ambedkar Nagar, Chinna Allapuram, comprised in SF.No.22A/1, 21A & 14/4, Allapuram Village, Vellore Taluk, Vellore District-531 002, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.11.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials on record. 3.It is seen that the petitioner is installing the tower in the leased out land which is being opposed by some neighbours. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations, the respondent police is directed to look into the complaint dated 25.11.2016 given by the petitioner and give police protection as sought for by the petitioner.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
