This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent and his subordinate police officials not to harass the petitioner in connection with the civil dispute. 2.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents and submitted that there are rival complaints filed and now the matter is seized of by the Tahsildar, Cuddalore District, to whom the parties should appear necessarily. He also submitted that there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner.
3.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
