A.No.4298 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 122 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st defendant. A.No.4299 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st defendant in the above suit. A.No.4300 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st defendant viz Respondents 9 to 11 herein as defendants 10 to 12 in the above suit.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these applications.
