ORDER

The review application has been instituted to review the order passed in W.P.No.31984 of 2015 dated 27.07.2022 on the file of this Court.

2. The petition in W.M.P.No.27108 of 2023, to condone the delay of 212 days in filing the review application is taken up for hearing. Perusal of the review petition would reveal that the petitioner has raised grounds on merits.

3. Scope of the review application cannot be expanded for the purpose of re-adjudication of merits, already considered by this court while deciding the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.31934 of 2015. The grounds raised in the review application, if establishes any error apparent on record, then alone the Court will be in a position to consider the review application. In respect of the grounds raised on merits, the petitioner cannot urge this Court to review the final order already passed in the writ petition.

4. Therefore, this Court is of the considered opinion that the review application is not entertainable and stands dismissed. No costs. 12.01.2024 (Sha) Index :
