By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, directing the respondents to include the petitioner name in the post of Forester for the year 2013-2014, by considering the representation dated 31.01.2024 and the same was recommended by the 3rd respondent to 2nd respondent on 08.04.2024 vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2068/2024/p2 and give promotion notionally on par with the other similarly placed persons with effect from 15.08.2013 with all consequential monetary benefits. 2/6

3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed as Junior Assistant on 17.07.2000. It is the submission of the petitioner that he was not initially considered for promotion and after completion of probation, he was considered for promotion and the 3rd respondent has recommended his promotion and forwarded to the 2nd respondent, vide his Recommendation dated 08.04.2024 and such recommendation is pending with the 2nd respondent.

5. At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that they would pass final order in pursuance of the recommendation made by the 3rd respondent.

6. Recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the same in pursuance of the recommendation made by the 3rd respondent dated 08.04.2024 as against this petitioner and pass final orders on it's own 3/6

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 15.07.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order dm 4/6
