Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the records relating to the third respondent herein in RC. No.B/91/2001, dated 28.08.2001 and quash the same and consequently direct the first and second respondents herein to confer the promotion post of Agriculture Officer on par with the petitioner's juniors and confer all the attendant and consequential benefits with due regards to petitioners seniority including refixation of pay scales and release all the retirement benefits with interest.
