ORDER
The present Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondentscontemnors for their willful disobedience in complying with the order of this Court passed in W.A.No.2065/2021 dated 16.12.2021.

When the matter was called today, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents-contemnors producing a copy of the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.17048/2022 dated 23.09.2022 submitted that the judgment of this Court has been stayed.

In view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.17048/2022 dated 23.09.2022, the present Contempt Petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner to agitate the grievance, if any, depending upon the outcome of the issue in the Supreme Court.
