This application has been filed to extend the time for executing the security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in favour of the Assistant Registrar, Original Side, Madras High Court.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the same is allowed and time is extended for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
