When the matter was taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that the petitioner was already detained under Act 14 of 1982 and the Habeas Corpus petition filed against the said detention order was also dismissed by this Court.
