O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ of Habeas Corpus has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's minor daughter Sri Latha, aged about 17 years.

2. The 1st respondent Inspector of Police of Women Police, All Woman Police Station, Bargur, Krishnagiri District produced the detenue before this Court. We have examined the detenue. She stated that she is willing to join her parents. Her father is also present before this Court. His father is ready and willing to take her back to home.

3. This being the factum, the detenue is not under illegal detention and she joined along with her parents. Consequently, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
