Crl.M.P.No.12254 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26010 of 2022 P. DHANABAL,J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition of reporting before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3148 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26010 of 2022 dated 06.03.2023.

2.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner had been complying with the condition from 01.07.2023 till July 2024; that thereafter he had not been complying with the condition since August 2024; that no previous case is pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is still pending.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner met with an accident on 02.08.2024; and that it is very difficult for him to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m.

4.

Considering that the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail till July 2024, that thereafter, due to his injury, he was not able to comply with the condition, and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
