2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of these writ petitions, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
