Crl. O.P. No.19607 of 2024 Crl. O.P. No.19607 of 2024 P. DHANABAL.J., The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 303(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS),2023 in Cr.No. Not Known of 2024, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police would submit that F.I.R has not been registered against the petitioner and only based on the complainant given by the defacto complainant enquiry is going on and the petitioner also appeared for the enquiry.
3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate for the respondent police, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
