ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to dispose the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.02.2020 in time bounded manner.

2.It is the case of the Writ Petitioner that he was suspended from service 02.06.2014 on the basis of the criminal case filed against him. On completion of trial in the criminal case, the petitioner was acquitted on 06.02.2020 by the learned Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai in S.C.No.36 of 2018. In order to reinstate into the service, the petitioner has given representation to the respondents 1 and 2, however, the same has not been considered.

3.Considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner has been pending from the year 2020 and no orders have been passed so far, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
