Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed in the proceedings No.1352/DSE/S&YS/NSG/S4/2010/11/595 dated 13.08.2010 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to admit the petitioner in the SGFI Selection trials of Table Tennis games for under 14, 17 and 19 years (Boys and Girls) to be held on 28.8.2010 and 30.8.2010.
