CRP No. 3423 of 2022 & CMP No. 16229 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This Court on 28.10.2022, directed the Trial Court to dispose of the O.S No. 168 of 2017, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of the order, now the Trial court seeks further time to dispose the suit. On perusal of records it reveal that, as on date, the suit is pending without any progress. Further, on perusal of E- Court status of the case, it reveals that the case was adjourned due to the interim application filed by the plaintiff.

2. The learned counsel for the third defendant/petitioner herein submits that the plaintiff has not cooperate for the proceedings. Considering the above, the Trial Court is directed to complete the Trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without giving unnecessary adjournment.
