This petition has been filed seeking to amend the correct section 4(1)(B) read with 5-A of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act instead of Section 4(1)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2024, in the above Crl.O.P.No.17118 of 2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in order dated 17.06.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.17118 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy.
