This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the District XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.812 of 2022 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard Mr.M.P.Saravanan, learned counsel for petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the District XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai to expedite the hearing in S.T.C.No.812 of 2022 and complete the same, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
