No.30259/2013 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned Notification of the 1st respondent herein in G.O.Ms. No.41 Energy Department published in the Tamilnadu Government Gazette part II Sec.2 No. 84, dated 30.3.2012 in so far as it relates to the petitioners' lands are an extent of 0.25.0 hectares in Survey No. 36/7 and the properties in Survey Nos. 36/8A, 36/8D, 36/8G and 36/8H with an extent of 0.14.0 hectares 0.03.5 hectares, 0.04.0 hectares, 0.05.0 hectares respectively all in Vedal Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and all subsequent proceedings pursuant thereto and quash the same.

No.30260/2013 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, Calling for the records relating to the impugned Notification of the 1st respondent herein in G.O.Ms. No.41 Energy Department published in the Tamilnadu Government Gazette part II Sec.2 No. 84, dated 30.3.2012 in so far as it relates to the petitioners' lands are concerned of an extent of 0.03.5 hectares in Survey No. 36/8B, an extent of 0.06.0 hectares in Survey No.36/8C an extent of 0.02.0 hectares in Survey No. 36/8E, an extent of 0.04.0 hectares in Survey No. 36/8F, an extent of 0.05.0 hectares in Survey No. 36/81 of Vedal Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and all subsequent proceedings pursuant thereto and quash the same.

No.31007/2013 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari,calling for the records relating to the impugned Notification of the 1st respondent herein in G.O.Ms.No.112 Energy (c1) Department published in the Tamilnadu Government Gazette Part II Sec.2 No.257, dated 13.9.2012 in so far as it relates to the petitioners' lands are concerned of an extent of 3.38.0 Hectares in Survey No.53/2A1 of Vidal Village Cheyyur Taluk Kancheepuram District and all subsequent proceedings pursuant thereto and quash the same.
