This petition has been filed by the petitioners for impleading themselves in the writ petition.

2. The mother of the petitioners, who filed the writ petition had died and the petitioners, who are her legal representatives, seek to be impleaded in the Writ Petition.

3. Having regard to the nature of averments in the affidavit filed along with the petition and considering the fact that the petitioners are legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, this petition is Ordered as prayed for.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the Writ Petition on 14.10.2022.
