The present Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title as shown in the Memorandum of Grounds in the Civil Revision Petition filed against the Fair and Decretal order dated 04.03.2024 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.S.No.37 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Madurantagam.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

Accordingly this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
