Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is delay of 108 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.103506 of 2024.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent2 who is present in Court has no objection on condition that the interest for the delay of 108 days to be waived.

3. Accordingly, the petition in C.M.P.No.18207 of 2024 is allowed on condition that the Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 108 days.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order and to print the name of learned Counsel for the Respondent in the Appeal , when the Appeal is listed before this Court.
