ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the orders passed by the respondents, thereby ordered to lock and seal the petitioner's premises.

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, while pending the writ petition, the respondents demanded the factory license fee. As per the demand, the petitioner also paid the fees.

Considering the above submission, the respondents are directed to remove the lock and seal on verification of the payment made by the petitioner towards license fee, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
