When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complainant filed petition under Section 257 of Cr.P.C. sought to withdraw the complaint and the same was allowed on 28.12.2022, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level, Thiruvallur and nothing survives in this petition.

2. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
