DHANABAL.J., This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed to the petitioners in para 6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.18743 of 2024 on 02.08.2024 i.e the petitioner shall report before the Respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is residing Tiruppur and he sustained fracture due to which he is unable to travel beyond 10 hours and report before the Respondent police. Hence, prays for the modification.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the submissions made by both sides, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Avinashi police Station on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.
