Since the matter pertaining to title dispute over the property, the police has thought fit to report the Judicial Magistrate about the nature of the complaint. The report been sent to the Judicial Magistrate on 10.05.2024. Hence this Criminal Original Petition seeking direction to register the complaint and to complete the investigation stands dismissed.
