ORDER

This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner on 07.10.2023 in S.C.No.29/2023 on the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) Tiruppur , and release the petitioner on bail till the disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3.The petitioner is arrayed as A1 and he had very bad antecedents and involved in more than ten cases similar in nature. The petitioner fails to make out a prima facie case to suspend the sentence imposed by the trial Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on him.
