This Court by order dated 27.10.2017 directed the second respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.320 of 2012 from the file of 3rd respondent to the petitioner and further the petitioner herein was directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receiving the case papers and now since the time stipulated by this Court has expired, the petitioner/state has filed this miscellaneous petition seeking to extend the time for two months. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the petitioner/state would submit that the case papers have been received only on 08.05.2019 and the petitioner could not comply with the order within the time stipulated by this Court. 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the time for one month. Accordingly, the petitioner/state is directed to file a final report on or before 14.10.2019 without fail. The criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
