Prayer: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16-04-2009 and thereby direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service as cook from his initial date of appointment i.e. 22-12-1999 and pay back all the service and monetary benefits to the petitioner.
