O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the conditions imposed by the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Salem, in Crl.M.P.No.1280 of 2025 in S.C.No.327 of 2018 on the file of the learned I Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Salem, dated 16.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Salem, in Crl.M.P.No.1280 of 2025 has granted bail to the petitioner with a condition that "petitioner/A1 to execute the bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two blood sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court". He further submitted that, none of his relatives are coming forward to offer sureties in favour of the petitioner. Hence, he seeks for modification of the conditions.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the above conditions to the effect that "the petitioner/A1 shall execute the bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties (out of which, one shall be the petitioner's wife) to the 2/4

satisfaction of the Trial Court".

4. With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. 18.07.2025 cda To
