Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records of the fourth respondent pertaining to the advertisement in Thinamalai having Ref. No.Advt.001/EMMRC/Chennai/ 2010 dated 07.07.2010 for filling up the Media Technical Posts in so far as the post of Producer, Production Assistant, Technical Assistant, Professional Assistant and Technician are concerned and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to issue appropriate orders to the 3rd and 4th respondents to regularise the services of the petitioners in the Media Technical Posts viz. Producer, Production Assistant, Technical Assistant, Professional Assistant and Technician on time scale of pay.
