ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) After the petition was heard for some time, learned counsel for petitioner stated that petitioner will file an application for compensation before the appropriate authority.

2. Petition dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as prayed for. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, interim application also stands dismissed.
