Challenging the order passed by the third respondent dated 02.04.2013, the petitioner has come before this Court by way of filing this writ petition.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and liberty to file an appeal before the Assistant Settlement Officer (South) Office of the Director of Survey in terms of the notification issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O. (ID) No.103 Revenue dated 01.03.2007. 3.In the light of the above, this petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

withdrawn. No costs.

4.As and when appeal is preferred, the Appellate Authority shall take note of the fact that the writ petition was pending before this Court from 03.07.2013 to till date and the said period shall be excluded for the purpose of computing of limitation. 5.Registry is directed to return the original impugned order.
