The Official Liquidator has applied for the dissolution of Natcom Foods Limited, a company in voluntary liquidation. A report dated 14.09.2022 is filed in support of this application. In the said report, it is stated that Natcom Foods Limited was placed in members voluntary winding up pursuant to special resolution dated 29.04.2013. Mr.R.Alagar was appointed as voluntary Liquidator. The Liquidator has reported to the Official Liquidator that the affairs of the Company were fully wound up, the final meeting was held on 21.08.2013 and the final accounts were filed with the Registrar of Companies.

2. The Official Liquidator has annexed documents evidencing compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 1956 in relation to voluntary liquidation. In particular, he has annexed the NOC issued by the Income Tax Department on 16.08.2013 and the NOC issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai on 02.06.2022.

rna liquidation and that after defraying expenses therefrom, a sum of Rs.26,40,990/- was disbursed to the contributories.

4. In the above facts and circumstances, there is no legal impediment to the dissolution of Natcom Foods Limited.

5. Accordingly, Natcom Foods Limited, a company in voluntary liquidation, is hereby dissolved. The Official Liquidator is directed to complete all compliances in this regard.
