The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in every two weeks (i.e.,) Monday before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the trial Court imposed in Crl.M.P.No.16412 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11846 of 2023, dated 13.10.2023.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition for the past five months and during investigation it was found that petitioner has no previous case.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also almost completed, hence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
