When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that after the impugned transfer order the petitioner voluntarily participated in the transfer 1/3

counseling. In the counseling, the petitioner opted Chinnamanallur in Theni District and in pursuance thereof, the petitioner joined there and now, he is continuing his duty. Hence the issue raised in the present writ petition become infructuous.
