C.M.P.Nos.19450, 19459 and 19464 of 2021 have been filed to condone the delay of 1796 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent in C.M.S.A.No.2 of 2005; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent; to bring on record the respondents 3 to 6 herein as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent in the above C.M.S.A. 2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of C.M.P.No.19450 of 2021, C.M.P.No.19450 of 2021 is ordered and delay is condoned. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.19450 of 2021, C.M.P.Nos.19459 & 19464 of 2021 are also ordered.

3.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in C.M.S.A.No.2 of 2005 and list the matter on 21.01.2022.
