ORDER

The writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 28.07.2016 to implement the G.O.No.256 dated 22.12.2015 in the Play School of second respondent within the stipulated time by this court. 2.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 28.07.2016 to the respondents seeking to implement the G.O.No.206 of 2015 dated 22.12.2015 in the play school of the second respondent. 3.Heard both sides.

4.The writ petition as such, cannot be ordered for the simple reason that the petitioner's son is studying UKG in the play school of the second respondent under the control of the Secretary to Government and Department of Atomic Energy Workers and in fact, the government is giving all concession to its employees for the welfare of their children in that environment and that the writ petition is filed without impleading the Central Government. In any view of the matter, as per the counter affidavit filed by the first respondent, the school has clearly given instructions to parents that the school time for UKG is 8.00 a.m. to 11 a.m. and the break time is between 9.30 a.m. and 9.45 a.m.

5.In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
