This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records, the charge sheet relating to P.R.C.No.43 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode and quash the same insofar as against the petitioner /A-3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no more and that he has also produced the death certificate in respect of the petitioner which discloses that he died on 02.08.2021.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
