This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.12246 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14549 of 2022 dated 05.08.2022 passed by this Court as the petitioners shall stay at Kalpakkam and report before the Kalpakkam Police station daily at 10.30am and 5.30pm for a period of two weeks and thereafter before the respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.12246 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14549 of 2022 dated 05.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30am until further orders.
