ORDER

This petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the complaint in Crime No.401 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent-Police and quash the same.

2. On a reading of the FIR, this Court finds that there are prima-facie 1 / 3

allegations against the petitioners and the grounds taken by the petitioners are not sufficient to quash the FIR. Since there are prima-facie allegations, this petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law, after filing of the charge-sheet. However, the first respondent-Police is directed to complete the investigation and file the charge-sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
