This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner made representation to appoint him to the post of Sales Man in any Co-operative Societies in Salem District. The fourth respondent has issued Notification No.1 of 2022 dated 13.10.2022 to recruit the Sales Man in the Fair Price Shop. The petitioner had applied for the said post and he attended interview on 24.12.2022. However, he was not selected to the said post. After having upon failure 2/4

to the said post, the petitioner made a representation before the fourth respondent. However, the request made by the petitioner cannot be considered. Thus, the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.
